We have individual and small-group training, as well as a variety of group classes, such as: BootCamp, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Cardio Kickboxing, Low Impact and Strength & Tone. Here at South Bay Fitness Focus, we offer Personal Training sessions designed specifically for each individual client. Our trainers, each nationally certified, will work with you to set goals and develop the safest, most effective way to obtain those results. Each training session is 55-minutes long, and incorporates a variety of workouts to keep it fun and enjoyable. Personal Training will take the guesswork and frustration out of fitness and reaching your goal(s).
